The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a self-regulatory organization (SRO) responsible for providing an organized, fair, and efficient marketplace for securities trading in Indonesia. It was formed in 2007 through the merger of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) and the Surabaya Stock Exchange (SSX). The IDX's mission is to create a competitive capital market with world-class credibility, offering a comprehensive range of investment products and services to both domestic and international investors under the supervision of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).
