GPC SIPP Ltd, formerly known as Guardian Pension Consultants Ltd, was a provider and administrator of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) in the United Kingdom. Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the company provided pension wrappers that allowed individuals to have more control over their retirement investment choices. However, the company faced significant financial distress due to a high volume of complaints and claims concerning its alleged failure to conduct adequate due diligence on high-risk, non-standard investments held within its SIPPs. As a result, GPC SIPP Ltd entered into administration in June 2022.
