Founded in 1999, FundsXpress, Inc. was a technology company that developed and provided a suite of online financial services. Its core offerings included internet banking platforms, electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP), and other e-commerce solutions tailored for community banks and credit unions. The company's platform allowed smaller financial institutions to offer competitive online services to their customers. In 2007, FundsXpress was acquired by First Data Corp. to integrate its online banking capabilities. Subsequently, in 2011, ACI Worldwide acquired the online banking solutions portfolio from First Data, which included the technology originally developed by FundsXpress.
