Established by the Government of Montenegro, the Innovation Fund ("Fond za inovacije Crne Gore") is a state-owned entity dedicated to fostering innovation and technological development within the country. Its primary mission is to provide financial and non-financial support to startups, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and scientific research institutions. By implementing various support programs, grants, and incentives, the Fund aims to connect the scientific and business communities, stimulate the commercialization of research, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the Montenegrin economy.
