This "banking-as-a-service" platform provided a complete digital infrastructure, enabling banks, corporations, and fintechs to launch and operate their own digital and community-based banking services efficiently. Following its acquisition by the Sopra Steria Group, Fidor TecS AG was fully integrated into Sopra Banking Software in October 2023 and officially rebranded as Sopra Financial Technology GmbH. Its technology and expertise now form a key part of Sopra's offerings, continuing the mission to provide advanced, cloud-native banking solutions.
