Originally chartered in 1957 as Yankton School Employees Federal Credit Union, Explorers Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to be its members' most trusted financial partner by offering personalized financial solutions, including checking and savings accounts, various types of loans (mortgage, auto, personal), and investment services. Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in specific counties in South Dakota and Nebraska.
