Originally founded as Alexander Management Oy in 2014, the company established itself as a specialized manager of alternative investment funds, focusing on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure for a professional client base. In September 2021, Evli Bank Plc acquired the company to strengthen its expertise in alternative investments. The acquisition was completed and the company was formally merged into Evli Fund Management Company Ltd on February 28, 2022.
