Established in 2016, EDFI Management Company (EDFI MC) was created to manage two significant impact investment facilities for 15 European Development Finance Institutions and the European Investment Bank (EIB). Its mission is to foster private sector development and promote sustainable growth in developing countries by managing funds that co-finance projects with its member institutions. The company is an authorized Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) regulated by the Luxembourg financial authority, CSSF.
