In July 2015, the company simplified its name to "Difference Capital Inc." to better reflect its core business. In May 2019, Difference Capital completed a strategic merger with Mogo Finance Technology Inc. and was subsequently renamed "Mogo Inc." (TSX: MOGO), shifting its focus to financial technology.
