CrowdFundMe S.p.A. is an Italian investment platform and the first equity crowdfunding portal to be listed on a stock exchange (Euronext Growth Milan). Authorized by CONSOB, the company provides a marketplace where unlisted companies, primarily startups and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), can raise capital from a "crowd" of online investors. In return for their investment, investors receive equity shares in the company. The platform's mission is to democratize finance by offering an alternative channel for both capital raising and investment, supporting innovation and entrepreneurial growth in Italy.
