CPS Payment Services (CPS), originally operating as Capital Payments LLC, was a U.S.-based payment processing company specializing in business-to-business (B2B) transactions. The company focused on providing integrated payment solutions for various software vendors and business clients. In August 2018, CPS was acquired by EVO Payments, Inc. to enhance EVO's integrated solutions and B2B payment capabilities.
