Confideal was a project launched around 2017 that developed a platform on the Ethereum blockchain. Its mission was to make smart contracts accessible for a wide range of business deals, enabling users to create legally-binding, self-executing contracts without needing programming skills. The platform included features for escrow services and a dispute resolution mechanism through arbitration. The project conducted an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in late 2017 for its native CDL token. However, based on the cessation of updates on its official website and social media channels since 2018 and the negligible trading volume and value of its token, the project is considered defunct and no longer in active development or operation.
