Originally associated with the offshore law firm Collas Crill, the company specialized in the establishment and administration of trusts, foundations, family office support, and corporate structuring for a global base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients. In March 2023, Collas Crill Trust was acquired by Ocorian, a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration, and capital markets. The acquisition integrated the team and services into Ocorian's larger platform, strengthening its private client offerings in the Channel Islands.
