"C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia" LLC was established in 2013 and has been managing mandatory pension funds in Armenia since 2014, following licensing by the Central Bank of Armenia. It is a joint venture between the Austrian C-QUADRAT Investment Group and the German Talanx Asset Management GmbH, combining international expertise with local presence. The company's primary mission is the long-term, professional management of pension savings to ensure the financial well-being of its fund participants upon retirement.
