Information by Research TrustFinance
Buyster was a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) created in 2011 by major telecom operators Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, and technology services firm Atos. It offered an online and mobile payment solution, acting as a digital wallet that allowed users to make purchases by entering their mobile phone number and a confidential code. The service aimed to simplify and secure online transactions. In May 2017, Buyster ceased its operations, and its services were effectively merged into the Paylib payment platform, with users being encouraged to migrate. The company was officially dissolved in June 2017.
