Founded as a fintech startup, Bulk Udhaar aimed to solve working capital challenges for Indian SMEs by offering an invoice financing platform. This service allowed businesses to receive early payment on their outstanding invoices raised to large and mid-sized corporations, thereby improving their cash flow. In February 2017, Bulk Udhaar was acquired by FlexiLoans (operated by Epimoney Pvt. Ltd.), another prominent digital lending platform. Since the acquisition, Bulk Udhaar's operations and technology have been integrated into the FlexiLoans ecosystem to enhance their supply chain financing and small business loan offerings.
