The bank pioneered offering 100% online account opening and management. In a strategic shift during 2023, Banco Original integrated its retail banking operations into PicPay, a digital wallet company also controlled by J&F, to concentrate its efforts on its wholesale and high-net-worth client segments: Agribusiness (Agro), Corporate (Empresas), and Private Banking. It continues to operate under its own brand, offering specialized credit, investment, and banking services tailored to these specific markets.
