In February 2022, AXA's Singapore operations, specifically AXA Insurance Pte Ltd, were acquired by HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Following the acquisition, the business has been integrated and rebranded, with all policies and services now managed under HSBC Life Singapore.
