Founded in 1948 by a group of Florida lawyers, Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC, commonly known as "The Fund," was established to support and promote the success of attorneys' real estate practices. The company's mission is to provide its attorney members with innovative professional solutions, including title insurance underwriting, advanced software for real estate closings (such as DoubleTime® and ATIDS®), and continuing legal education. As a bar-related title insurer, it preserves the role of attorneys in real estate transactions, ensuring clients receive professional legal counsel. The Fund is now a part of the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company family, one of the largest title insurance groups in the United States.
