Arthur Andersen LLP
Information by Research Trustfinance
The original Arthur Andersen was one of the "Big Five" accounting firms until its effective dissolution in 2002 following its role in the Enron scandal. In 2013, 23 former Arthur Andersen partners founded a new firm, initially named WTAS LLC, focused on tax services. In 2014, the firm acquired the rights to the "Andersen" name and rebranded to Andersen Tax, which later became the foundation for the current global organization, Andersen Global. Today, Andersen is an international association of legally separate, independent member firms providing integrated tax, legal, valuation, and advisory services to corporations and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.
