Advise Technologies was a software company specializing in regulatory reporting for financial firms. In 2017, it was acquired and became a core part of Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS), a new entity formed by the merger of three compliance firms. CSS focused on providing a comprehensive suite of RegTech solutions to help the investment management community meet complex global regulatory requirements, such as Form PF, AIFMD, CPO-PQR, and MiFID II. In 2021, CSS itself was acquired by Confluence, a global technology solutions provider for the investment management industry. Today, the products and expertise of the former Advise and CSS entities are integrated into Confluence's regulatory reporting and data management platform, serving a global client base of asset managers, hedge funds, and fund administrators.
