Aduno Gruppe was a Swiss holding company focused on all areas of cashless payment, from credit card issuing (via its subsidiary Viseca Card Services SA) and personal loans to payment terminal and acquiring solutions. Owned by a group of Swiss cantonal, regional, retail, and private banks, its mission was to provide secure and simple digital payment solutions for consumers and merchants. In May 2020, to create a unified and stronger brand identity, Aduno Gruppe was officially rebranded to Viseca Holding SA, consolidating its operations under the well-known Viseca name.
