Founded in 1971, the World Bank Family Network (WBFN) is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization that serves the families of World Bank Group (WBG) staff. Its mission is to welcome and support these families as they relocate to new duty stations, helping them navigate the social, cultural, and professional challenges of transition. WBFN provides a wide range of programs and services, including orientation, language classes, career support, social activities, and support groups, fostering a global community for WBG families.
