Wealth Development Bank Corporation, or Wealth Bank, was a prominent development bank in the Philippines, established in 2002. It was a joint venture between the Vicsal Development Corporation and GT Capital Holdings, Inc. The bank focused on providing consumer and SME loans, with a significant portfolio in auto loans and other financing products for individuals and businesses. In 2018, an agreement was made for its merger with RCBC Savings Bank, the consumer banking arm of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). The merger was approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was completed in 2019, with the combined entity now operating under the RCBC brand.
