Verdipapirforetakenes Forbund (The Norwegian Securities Dealers Association) is an industry body for securities firms licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet). Its primary mission is to promote the interests of its member firms and to foster an efficient, reliable, and well-functioning securities market in Norway. The association acts as a representative voice for the industry in discussions with government authorities, regulators, and the public, while also working on common industry standards and ethical guidelines.
