Founded in 1996, United Gulf Financial Services-North Africa (UGFS-NA) is a financial intermediary and stockbroking firm based in Tunisia. It is a subsidiary of the KIPCO Group through its financial arm, United Gulf Bank (UGB). UGFS-NA is approved by the Tunisian Financial Market Council (CMF) and specializes in stock market intermediation, corporate finance, and asset management for a clientele of institutional, corporate, and private investors in the North African region.
