Originally chartered in 1964 as Associated Grocers of Idaho Federal Credit Union, the institution rebranded to TruGrocer Federal Credit Union to better reflect its expanding field of membership. It is a not-for-profit financial institution owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to be the primary financial institution for its members by providing a full range of personal financial services, including savings and checking accounts, various loan products, and digital banking, all while maintaining financial stability.
