Founded in 2005, TruFund Financial Services, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Development Council (NDC). As a certified CDFI, its mission is to promote and foster economic development within historically disadvantaged communities. TruFund achieves this by providing accessible, affordable loan capital and expert technical assistance to small businesses, particularly those owned by women and minorities, helping them build wealth and create resilient local economies.
