Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. was incorporated in the Netherlands in 1987 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Financial Services Corporation. Its principal business activity is to issue debt securities, such as Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) and bonds, in the international capital markets. The proceeds from these issuances are used to provide financing and funding for the sales of Toyota, Lexus, and other associated vehicles, primarily supporting the operations of other Toyota group companies in Europe and other regions. It functions as a corporate financing vehicle rather than a direct-to-consumer lending institution.
