Established to serve the members of IBEW Local 353, Toronto Electrical Industry Benefits Administrative Services (TEIBAS) is a non-profit administrator for a range of benefit plans. The organization manages and provides services for the Health & Welfare Plan, Pension Plan, Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan, and various other funds on behalf of the union members and their families. TEIBAS operates under a board of trustees with equal representation from the union and employers, ensuring the plans are managed in the best interest of the beneficiaries.
