Established in 2005 through a gift from Michael A. Horton, The Horton Fund is a non-profit, student-run investment fund. Its primary mission is educational, providing hands-on, real-world experience in investment management and equity analysis to a select group of MBA and undergraduate students at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. The students are responsible for all aspects of managing the multi-million dollar portfolio, including sector analysis, security selection, and portfolio strategy, under the guidance of faculty advisors.
