Founded in 1994, Texas Certified Development Company, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. The company's mission is to foster economic development and job creation by providing long-term, fixed-rate financing to small and medium-sized businesses for the acquisition of major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment. TXCDC works in partnership with commercial lenders to structure financing that helps businesses grow while minimizing their down payment requirements.
