Sustainable India Finance Facility (SIFF) is a blended finance facility established in partnership with the Government of India, the Green Climate Fund (GCF), and managed by Caspian Impact Investment Adviser. Its primary mission is to catalyze private sector investment in climate solutions and sustainable projects across India. SIFF operates by using public and philanthropic funds to de-risk investments, thereby attracting and mobilizing private capital for projects focused on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and other green initiatives to support India's climate goals.
