Launched in 2019, the company aims to promote financial inclusion in the Philippines by providing accessible and convenient digital financial services to the unbanked and underserved population. Its core product is the Starpay e-wallet, which allows users to perform cashless transactions, pay bills, buy load, transfer funds, and scan-to-pay with QR Ph. Starpay gained significant recognition as one of the government's official partners for distributing the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) financial aid.
