Founded in 2008, Spirit of Texas Bank was a Texas-chartered savings bank headquartered in Conroe, Texas. It operated as a community-focused financial institution, offering a comprehensive suite of banking services to individuals, professionals, and small to medium-sized businesses. The bank's services included personal and commercial checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and treasury management. With a mission to serve the financial needs of local Texas communities, it grew to operate numerous branches across major metropolitan areas like Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin. In April 2022, its parent company, Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc., completed a merger with Simmons First National Corporation, and Spirit of Texas Bank was subsequently integrated and rebranded into Simmons Bank.
