Sofia Angels Ventures (SAV) is a €13 million venture capital fund established in 2021. It is co-financed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) through the operational program "Innovations and Competitiveness 2014-2020". SAV's mission is to support and invest in promising technology startups at the pre-seed and seed stages. The fund focuses on companies based in Bulgaria, as well as those in the broader Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and South-Eastern Europe (SEE) regions. It operates in close partnership with the CEO Angels Club and other angel investors to provide not only capital but also mentorship and strategic support to its portfolio companies.
