Sciety is a product developed and operated by eLife, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving research communication. Its mission is to make the process of finding and assessing the latest scientific research more transparent and efficient by providing a single platform where researchers can discover preprints, read public evaluations from various review groups, and curate their own lists of interesting articles. Launched in 2020, Sciety aims to foster an open science culture by helping the community organize and share feedback on research before it is formally published in a peer-reviewed journal.
