The company's mission was to provide access to investment opportunities driven by significant global trends, such as cybersecurity, sustainable food, environmental impact, and digital education. In September 2023, Rize ETF was acquired by ARK Invest, the US-based investment manager led by Cathie Wood, to serve as the foundation for its European expansion. Following the acquisition, the Rize ETF brand and its existing funds are being rebranded under the ARK Invest Europe name.
