Established in 2021, the SMU Private Equity & Venture Capital Club (SMU PEVC) is a student-run organization operating under the Singapore Management University Accounting Society. Its primary mission is to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of the private equity and venture capital sectors within the SMU community. The club achieves this by organizing a variety of activities, including industry-specific workshops, networking sessions with professionals, case competitions, and creating educational content, thereby bridging the gap between academic theory and industry practice for aspiring finance professionals.
