Established in 2007, the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit making body. Its mission is to promote and develop the pension industry in Nigeria through self-regulation, advocacy, and adherence to international best practices. PenOp serves as the umbrella organization for all licensed pension fund operators, working to ensure the smooth operation of the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) and protect the interests of pension contributors and retirees.
