The company developed a digital platform that uses proprietary data-driven credit risk models to provide instant personal loans and credit lines to both salaried and self-employed individuals. In January 2020, PaySense was acquired by the global fintech firm PayU for $185 million and was subsequently merged with PayU's own credit platform, LazyPay, creating a comprehensive digital credit and payment solution in the Indian market.
