Founded in 1970 as the PA Lycoming County Employees Federal Credit Union, PALCO FCU was initially established to serve county employees. It has since expanded its charter to serve anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, its mission is to provide affordable financial services to its members, with earnings returned to them in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and improved services.
