The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a non-profit organization focused on economic justice and sustainable homeownership. Founded in the late 1980s, its mission is to combat predatory and discriminatory lending practices. NACA is the largest HUD-approved housing counseling agency in the United States. It provides comprehensive counseling and access to its "Best in America" mortgage, which features no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance (PMI), and a below-market fixed interest rate for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families.
