Originally chartered in 1976 to serve the employees of Michelin Tire Corporation, MTC Federal Credit Union has since grown to serve over 160 Select Employee Groups and communities across South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. As a not-for-profit financial institution, its mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of its members and the communities it serves by returning profits to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees. The credit union offers a comprehensive suite of financial products, including checking and savings accounts, auto loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment services.
