Its most prominent subsidiary was McOttley Capital Limited, an investment banking firm licensed to provide services such as asset management, corporate finance, and research. Other subsidiaries included McOttley Money Lending and McOttley Properties. The group's mission was to provide innovative financial and real estate solutions. However, its primary financial services arm, McOttley Capital, ceased operations after its license was revoked by Ghana's Securities and Exchange Commission in 2019.
