There is no currently active, independent company registered under the name "Luzerner Versicherungen AG." Historical records show that insurance companies from Lucerne, such as "Luzerner Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft" (founded in 1900) and "Luzerner Unfall- und Haftpflicht-Versicherungs-Gesellschaft," went through a series of mergers. These entities eventually became part of the "Elvia" group, which was subsequently acquired by and integrated into Allianz Suisse. Therefore, the legacy and business of the original Lucerne-based insurance entities now operate under the brand and corporate structure of Allianz Suisse.
