Louisiana Capital Certified Development Company, Inc. (LaCap CDC) is a private, non-profit organization established to foster economic development and job creation within the state of Louisiana. As a Certified Development Company (CDC) authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration, its primary mission is to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. This program provides small businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land, buildings, and equipment. LaCap CDC partners with traditional lenders to structure financing packages that help small businesses grow while requiring a lower down payment from the business owner.
