The Lincoln Institute of Financial Empowerment (LIFE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Its mission is to empower people to achieve financial well-being. Founded in 2011, LIFE grew out of a financial education program started in 2005 by the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties. The organization provides a range of services including one-on-one financial coaching, workshops, and classes on topics such as budgeting, credit building, debt management, and homeownership preparation, primarily for low-to-moderate income individuals and families in its community.
