Originally operating as Legg Mason Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., the company was part of the global Legg Mason asset management group. Following the acquisition of Legg Mason by Franklin Templeton in July 2020, the Polish entity was integrated into the new parent company's structure. In December 2020, it was rebranded to Franklin Templeton TFI S.A., and subsequently, in June 2021, it merged with Templeton Asset Management (Poland) TFI S.A. to form the current entity, Franklin Templeton (Poland) S.A. The company's core business is the creation and management of investment funds, providing Polish investors with access to both domestic and global investment strategies.
