Founded in 1998 as VMS-Keytrade, it was the first online investment site in Belgium. In 2002, the company obtained a full banking license and became Keytrade Bank. It provides a comprehensive suite of digital financial services, including daily banking (current and savings accounts), online trading (stocks, funds, ETFs, derivatives), and investment solutions. Keytrade Bank's mission is to empower individuals to manage their finances and investments independently through an accessible, low-cost digital platform. Since 2016, it has been a subsidiary of the French group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa.
